I see that you're using jaxtr. Considering the fact that the person you call have to have signed up and worked hard to get credits before you can talk to him/her, jaxtr is quite a hassle.
What you should do is to check out Rebtel (http://www.rebtel.com) instead. The person you call doesn’t have to do anything other than pick up the phone. Calling e.g. US cost 1.8 cents a minute (+ the cost of the local call), UK 1.9 cents a minute (+ the cost of the local call) or India cost 5.6 cents a minute (+ the cost of the local call). That’s cheap!
There’s a hang up-call back scenario to make calls without the international charge.
