Polish community in Galway

Today was the first polish mass I attended in Galway. Great thing that we can finally have one. But I was also said that not so many people were there - probably because that did not even know about it.
So to change this situation I decided to set up a blog [http://poloniawgalway.blogspot.com/] where polish community in Galway notify others about events like that.

Hi Sebastian,

I know this is kind of a long shot and that you are happily pursuing a PhD in Galway - but I wondered if you happened to have any Polish friends, a couple, who would like to run a guesthouse in Dublin from March until December? They would be living in the guesthouse. If you do think of anyone they could email me at jessicagrehan@eircom.net or they could telephone 0866003670

Thanks!

Dear Sebastian, I know this is a long shot but a faint heart never won a fair lady! Met a Polish girl, called Joanna, 31 yrs old, three years in Ireland, blonde hair, in An Roisin Dubh last Saturday. She sent a card to my workplace saying she would like to meet again: I would love to but no address on the card!! I dont know any other Poles in Galway so if anyone on this blog can help me find her, please do! e mail: pocteo@eircom.net thanks Diarmuid (Dermot)

Hi Sebastien,
I'm a teacher in Galway and at the moment my class is doing a project on the Polish community in Ireland. I was interested to come across your blog on the internet, and was wondering whether you would be interested in coming in to my studens to talk about your experiences in Ireland as a Polish person. It would be a great opportunity for Irish students to understand why you have come to Ireland and what you think of the place. Coming in to talk to the group would only require about an hour of your time and it would be greatly appreciated. Also we have already asked two other Polish People in to talk about their experiences in Ireland. Regards
Maura

Hi Sebastian,

I'm writing this on behalf of the Galway Film Fleadh. We will be doing a strand of Polish Cinema in this year's Festival (10th-15th July) and I was wondering if you could give me any details of Polish Groups in Galway ? i think this would be of interest to the Polish Community in Galway and was just looking for a way to contact as many people as possible. Thanks for your help
